Therapeutic goals are developed using best practices, tailored to support healing and emotional growth while honoring your identities and lived experiences. We incorporate trauma-informed methodologies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory.
